"I really appreciate you offering this program! I was a collegiate runner and have continued training post college and this was such a great tool to help balance proper fueling with working full time. I feel but more energized on my runs since starting this. Thank you!!"

Healing Your Relationship With Food
This program is for any athlete who struggles with body image, food, and confidence. It's exhausting to feel like you're chasing a certain look or letting the number on the scale determine your confidence. It's draining to constantly second-guess what you're eating. Even if you have had success with this mindset before, it doesn't mean you need to continue this way to perform well. Improving your relationship with food also improves your performance. This program includes:
-
8 weekly, self-paced video modules
-
Practical activities and exercises to help you build trust in your body and eating
-
Guided body image work to help you find confidence and excel in your performance
-
Research-backed education on metabolism, sports nutrition, and food psychology so you can better understand your body and fueling needs
-
Tools to help you feel less controlled by food and the scale
How long is the course and what's included?
Healing Your Relationship With Food is an 8-week, self-paced course that includes:
-
Weekly video lessons
-
Guided learning modules
-
Journal prompts and reflection exercises
-
Practical tools and activities to help you create lasting change in your relationship with food, body image, and fueling that you have access to for life!
When does the course start?
You can purchase and begin the course at any time. Because the course is self-paced, you can move through the material on your own schedule. That said, we recommend setting aside dedicated time each week (~ 1 hour) to fully engage with the lessons and exercises, as this work takes reflection, consistency, and practice.
What if I'm ready, but nervous about the cost?
Investing in yourself can feel intimidating, especially when it comes to something as personal as your relationship with food and body image. Consider how much mental energy is currently spent on food, body checking, guilt, overthinking, or chasing a certain number on the scale. This course is designed to help you build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food, your body, and performance - one that supports your confidence and well-being both in and out of sport.
Can only those with eating disorders benefit from this course?
Not at all! This course is for athletes who feel stressed, anxious, rigid, or overly controlled around food, body image, or performance, even if they don’t have or haven’t previously had an eating disorder.
Will improving my relationship with food hurt my performance?
No, and in many cases, athletes find that properly fueling, reducing food anxiety, and improving body trust actually enhances recovery, energy levels, consistency, and overall performance.
