I know how difficult it can be to sift through all of the nutrition related information out there. From social media influencers to celebrity doctors, the amount of conflicting and confusing recommendations is enough to make anyone feel overwhelmed.

One of my goals as a dietitian is to be a reliable resource that gives you facts and information based in science, so you can make an informed decision about what's right for you, your goals, and your household.

I decided to create my newsletters to bring helpful tips, resources, and information straight to your inbox! I want to help make fueling as simple and sustainable as possible. while reducing stress around food. 

That said, I also don't want to overwhelm you with information! So, I wanted to create TWO different newsletter options that can meet you where you are, and offer different levels of support.

 

1) The Fueling Forward Newsletter - A free MONTHLY newsletter sent on the 1st of each month that includes:

  • Recipe highlight - a new, simple recipe that the whole family will love

  • Quick fueling tip - to help you make small but sustainable changes

  • Rapid fire thoughts - current nutrition trends and happenings in the running world

  • Exclusive access to Fueling Forward resources!

2) Sunday Brunch Club - A paid WEEKLY newsletter sent every Sunday morning that includes:

  • Weekly menu plan - Tired of deciding what's for dinner every night? I've got you! I'm going to share my personal fueling plan for each week, including meals and snacks, and the recipes I'm using as well as guidelines for easy swaps

  • Weekly accountability challenge: I want to help you build healthy, sustainable habits around your fueling. Each week, we’ll tackle a new goal together with tips and tricks to make it easy!

  • Science corner: Are you tired of getting bombarded by influencers telling you that you can’t eat this, that, and the other? Me too! That’s why we’re going to be breaking down nutrition myths on social media with science so you can make an informed decision for yourself.

  • Food for thought: I love writing and connecting with people in the running and nutrition communities, so I wanted to have a space to share my thoughts around any and all relevant topics
