Do you provide meal plans?

I do not provide strict meal plans, the main reason being I want you to be able to decide what to eat on your own! My goal is to give you the tools necessary to understand how to make the best fueling choices to support your performance. I will provide you with goal, guidelines, and example fueling days to help make meal planning easier for you!

I don't live in Boulder, can I still meet with you?

Yes! If you are located in Colorado, I can provide long-distance appointments using a HIPAA compliant Telehealth software. If you are not located in Colorado, I may still be able to work with you depending on the licensure requirements of the state you are located in. If you're interested in working with me, fill out my contact form and let me know what state you are located in, and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours!

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! I can accept credit, debit, or HSA cards. I also accept Apple Pay, cash, or checks made out to Madeline Alm.

What does an appointment look like?

Prior to coming in, I have you fill out a brief form that helps me calculate your nutrition needs and compare those to what you're doing now so we have a better idea of what to work on. When we meet, we will go through your nutrition needs, how your current fueling is meeting those needs, and then discuss areas to focus on and set realistic goals together as to how we can improve your fueling. Most appointments are about an hour. 

I'm not an athlete, will you still meet with me?

Definitely, you don't have to be an athlete to work with Fueling Forward! I can help anyone from an elite athlete to an active individual looking to make some dietary changes. 

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, Fueling Forward is not be able to accept insurance. I am able to accept HSA cards!
